Return Policy

Return Authorization

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate your return please contact us by emailing us at: air@fly-freely.com to receive your returns number. Any unauthorised returns may result in refunds being delayed.

Damaged products:

If your item is received damaged we require you to keep all original packaging, the box/packaging your model(s) arrived in, along with any of the protection inside of the box/package. We then require you to first send us a few pictures showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for a free of charge replacement. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit this criteria.

lease also note if your order arrives damaged and you do not notify us within 7 days of delivery - we are unable to claim compensation costs on the courier's behalf which will result in us unfortunately being unable to send a replacement or a refund.

Refund for Incorrectly Ordered Item:

If you have ordered in error or no longer want your model(s) then we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. You are also required to pay for the return shipping to us. Please note it is advised you send any returns via a tracked and insured postage method - as if they arrive to our returns department damaged or do not arrive at all - we will be unable to accept the return. In this case we would only be able to offer a partial refund.

Please note any customs duty or tax must be paid in full by yourself if returning an unwanted item. If this is not paid we will take the amount off your refund, or charge your original payment method for the amount.

 

Refund Policy

Return Shipping Questions:

We offer refunds if you wish to cancel your order within 30 days of delivery. There is no reason needed for a refund, however please note return postage must be covered by yourself, and we advise to return it with a tracked posting method to make sure we receive it.

Returns and Refunds Process:

When products are returned to our warehouse, our team will inspect them. If the returned items are found to be damaged during the transit process, we will be unable to provide a refund. In such cases, you would need to address the issue through your chosen shipping method's claims process.

For returns to be eligible for a refund, the products must be received in their original condition, unopened, unused, undamaged, and with packaging intact, ensuring they can be resold. Once these conditions are confirmed, our team will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that full refunds will be subject to deduction of transaction fees, including the incurred shipping charges. (20% of the total order amount).

Non-shipped refund instructions:

If an order has been made in error and you request to cancel, we will do so if the order has not yet been shipped or processed. If your order was paid via Debit or Credit card directly to us, 3% of the transaction value will be deducted for card processing fees.
